I have been dieting on melons, melon juice and fresh orange juice several times. If you only drink fresh juice and eat fruit, there is no way you won't lose weight. I know from experience that you will! Like I did.

I guess I will just have to increase the amount I eat and the calories I take in. But the lesson learned is that it is totally possible to lose weight very quickly, if you do it the right way.
