Looking for healthy diet plans?
Leaving our old ways and instead following a diet plan can help us see our lives from a different perspective.
And that's when we can make the most lasting changes.
Healthy diet plans... there are many different kinds.
Some help with detox, some with weight loss. Others could be designed to help with a particular health concern.
Here is one I know you will like:
By the way, did you know that there is also a diet and exercise plan included in my diet program? I don't know if you have already read some things about it?
Sometimes it can be good to do a whole program with lot's of health information that you can apply to your daily life. This one includes a meal plan with easy recipes and a holistic health and fitness plan.
A healthy eating diet plan should never go without lifestyle changes. So the best ones are much more than just a nutrition plan, instead it should be more like a wellness plan.
But of course there are times when things go wrong, even when you eat really healthy and have made a lot of changes.
Get to know yourself and your limits, so you straight away feel when things are not the way they should be.

You know, when I don't actively plan or write down how and what I want to do and what I want my life to be like, an imbalance usually creeps in.
Either I'll work too much or I procrastinate and
don't work at all, or I make sure everyone else is taken
care of but myself... sounds familiar?
I guess that is the same reason why those healthy diet meal plans most often work. Because whatever you have on paper, you will more likely follow through with.
Some things I want:
- to be totally present when spending time with family
- have more kids!
- take more dance classes!
And finally, I would like to take some time about one evening a week to think about how things are going and if I am on the right path or if I'm maybe moving away from my dreams instead of towards them - often something I don't have time to do.
Now that I've announced it to the world I just have to remember to do it!
Now I would like to hear from you!
Use the form below to submit your thoughts on what you would like to change and how you are planning to do it.
You can also share what's already going well in your life, that way you'll inspire others to do the same!
Planning to upgrade your eating habits? Planning to change the world? Love more and work less? :) We would love to hear!
...and if you see someone struggling with something you happen to know a lot about, go ahead and give them some helpful tips. I'm sure they will appreciate it.

Processed meat, like the meat in hot dogs is also one of the worst foods around.

Good non-dairy calcium and protein sources would be sesame seeds (and Tahini paste), almonds (and almond butter), papaya, oranges, broccoli and kale. Hemp seeds are also full of protein and calcium.

...and eat a lot of them! You'll get a lot of fiber and vitamins that way. Improving your diet can really be as easy as that.
My yoga teacher says that the best way of eating for women (for most women anyway) would be eating a plant based / vegetarian diet. Without too many dairy products either. Cow's milk is full of hormones from the cow mama and maybe not the best for us women who are trying to keep our own hormones in check.
Some foods she mentioned that should be really good for all of us are for example all vegetables because they are so rich in minerals, all berries and fruits because of the antioxidants (she especially mentioned mangoes, blueberries and red grapes).
Ginger is supposed to be really good for us, helping to prevent headache for example.
Cranberries are also amazing for many things, for example preventing urinary tract infections. My freezer is full of them :)
I always react fast to any little sign of a urinary tract infection, because I've been prone to them all my life. Usually it's at the beginning of my period that I'm most at risk.

That's why I include this drink in my own healthy diet plans, that I occasionally make for myself:
This is a recipe I came up with a while ago. It tastes a bit like ginger lemonade and it works amazingly well in preventing both urinary tract infections and colds.
This is what you'll need:
The juice of 1 lemon
1" fresh ginger (2,5 cm)
2 cups water (4,5 dl)
1/2 cup cranberries, frozen or fresh (1 dl)
1 tablespoon organic honey
If you don't want to use honey, you could throw in a few apple pieces or white grapes instead.
Just put everything in your blender and in 30 seconds it's done.
I made a little experiment when I made this today and put in a little bit of green kale, because I wanted to see if it would change the taste, but it didn't! But an even better idea would be to add some baby spinach if you wanted to add something green, because they have such a mild taste no one will notice :)
As you can see here, I wasn't the only one who wanted some of this lemonade!
