I work out but miss yoga. I would to find a way to incorporate some sort of regular yoga practice into my daily life, simple but easy to stick to.
I need to spend less time in front of technology and more time creating.
I need to learn how to balance my time between my responsibilities and my desire to make some art.
I need to be outside with my dog and family regularly.
I love greens I am trying to eat more fruit and cook more unprocessed foods.
I feel like eating only hormone free meat but
not a lot, I prefer a more plant based diet.
I need to find a way to have more energy.
I would like to consume less carbs.
I need to drink more water.
I need to be more connected with people and would love to get up the nerve to volunteer.
I need to find a quiet place/method to reflect.
Drink less chai lattes.
Thanks for submitting your health plan. I feel the same way about the technology part... I so need to find a way to be more effective when I work, so I can do it faster and then have more time to do things that doesn't involve any technology. I feel the best when I'm not in front of the computer or iPad.
Yoga is something I miss too. I used to do it 10 years ago regularly. Now I only do it once in a while.
I think signing up for a class is the best way to go.
I participated in a one day Kundalini yoga workshop a few weeks ago. It was amazing!
Do you have some yoga center close to where you live?
